Okay, so there's this trend I've been noticing recently, ever since I joined the field hockey team. I have practice or a game until 5:30 or 6, and then my parents aren't able to show up until 6 or 6:30, which obviously takes a LOT of time from my blogging and singing and such. Additionally, my homework is starting to add up as I'm pushing it away in my exhaustion at the end of the day.
I'm really sorry to have to leave you all on my hiatus, and it's seriously tentative at this point. I'm also so sorry to the publishers whose reviews I have written up and promised, I will try my best to post those whenever I have the time to, and I will aim to post one of them once a week just to have some kind of order on here.
I'll still be on Twitter, and another reason I'm taking this hiatus is in hopes to start doing covers sometime soon. With field hockey practice, I may not be able to get to those until the season is over.
Until the end of October, it's possible that this blog may be a little quiet, but thank you all for supporting me, and it seems melodramatic to be announcing a hiatus in my freshman year, but I spent, out of the seventeen hours I was awake, three hours in my own house. The rest of the time I was at school doing field hockey or at an event for a club. I'm trying to be really active and involved my freshman year so that I can kind of be on top of things come the next few years. And I like being busy, but I don't want to feel pressure to read a book that I'm most likely not going to like.
You can probably tell that I've been in a serious book slump and I don't think I've rated a book above three stars for maybe a month or so, so maybe the time away from all of this chaos will be really good for me, considering I can only read a book a week anyway at this point.
Thank you so much! <33
